our recent stay in dunlaoghaire was fantastic. the woman who greeted us on the life was so kind and made our arrival so special. the view from our room was amazing, and we even received chocolates for my boyfriend's birthday. the girl who served us at dinner was extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for us. we will definitely come back.
Check-in was a struggle and the staff seemed unhelpful. the room was not ready on time, despite our previous communication.
